Dr.Ravi Kumar

has been practicing and teaching orthodontics for the last 15 years.

He is a keen researcher and has received Govt. Of India patent for his invention in dentistry.

He is the founder president of Indian Society Of Orthodontics For General Practitioners (ISOGP), the only organization in India representing general practitioners with orthodontic practice.

He is also conducting short term and long term (including online) Certificate Course in Fixed Orthodontics for the general dentist based on the Realistic Treatment Philosophy (RTP) developed by him. This treatment method includes Straight Wire, Begg's, Self-Ligating Bracket and Tip-Edge techniques to deliver shortened treatment time as opposed to traditional orthodontic treatments.He is also practicing and teaching Lingual (Invisible) orthodontics. Dr.Ravi Kumar is also involved in developing a frictionless Ligation system for orthodontic brackets (Patent Pending). He has also developed the "Ravi Gauge" for accurate bracket positioning.

Dr Nancy Almeida

Specialist Orthodontist with more than 14 years of experience, joined as a member of AFO Faculty in 2016. She will be taking care of AFO Europe and the United Kingdom now and will later be involved in more of the international courses of AFO. Dr Nancy brings to AFO, her vast experience in orthodontics, especially in the Multifunction System (MFS) space and the Damon technique. She is now training in Orthodontic Lingual systems (ALIAS and Incognito) and is ever willing to impart her expertise in Orthodontics, Functional and Maxillo-facial orthopaedics to the students of AFO.
